1. Shipping Costs

US Mainland (Contiguous 48 States): FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

International (Canada, Australia, New Zealand & more): FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

2. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 10–20 days.

3.2 Transit Time Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 15–30 business days. This varies depending on the destination country and courier.

3.3 Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment. Custom paint by number kits require proof approval and production time, which may extend beyond 5 business days.

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address: We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

3.6 Military Address Shipping: We ship to military addresses using USPS.

3.7 Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we dispatch in-stock items immediately and send remaining items once they return to stock.

3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us. If delivery exceeds 60 days after order date, we will resend at no charge or provide a full refund upon written request.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment progress.

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact customer service. If delivered without you present, contact customer service for next steps.

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, with no additional fees upon arrival in destination country.

7. Cancellations

We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If already dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
