Custom Pet Portraits — Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Because each pet portrait is custom-made to your specifications, we handle returns differently from standard products. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait. After placing your order and submitting your photo, you will receive a digital preview before any physical item is produced or shipped. Common revision requests include:

  • Color adjustments
  • Style changes
  • Background modifications
  • Detail corrections

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with the portrait even after revision attempts
  • Your order has not yet entered production
  • The product arrives damaged or defective

Exchanges & Reprints

If your canvas print arrives damaged, we will reprint and reship at no cost to you. Please email us at support@paintingbynumber.store with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders where the customer-supplied photo was too low quality for our artists to work with (we will notify you before starting and offer a full refund)
  • Change-of-mind after final approval and production
  • Digital files that have been downloaded

How to Request a Refund or Revision

Email us at support@paintingbynumber.store with your order number and details. We respond within 24 business hours.

Paint-By-Numbers Products

For standard (non-custom) paint-by-numbers products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
