Do not buy

Very poor quality straight from China. Canvas had an odd odor. Took over a month to arrive. No customer service. I threw the whole thing away

Carmella - we are sorry that you feel that way. In looking at your history, you ordered on June 1st and your kit arrived on June 18th which is well less than a month and within the timeframe that we provide you at check out (12-20 days). As far as the customer service, we see that you chatted in at 12:11 am on June 16th and we responded to you at 3:03 am the same day.

Didn’t receive everything and customer service doesn’t exists

Positive: I received both canvas’s and all paints associated.

Negatives: did not received the DIY frame that was an additional charge that I paid for. I also contacted customer service about this and they did not respond.

Advise: do not pay for DIY frame and know you will need to steam the canvas’s as they arrived folded up, not rolled.0

Just an FYI, if you chat in and don't provide your e-mail address, there is no way for us to respond. The kits do ship in a box rolled so we're sorry that it came creased.
